Stella Azure offers returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Approved returns are subject to a $15 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping fee may be waived if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging
- Products in our Earrings collection
For hygiene reasons, earrings may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Only include this sentence if you actually want earrings to be final sale.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change. If you need a different size or style, contact us as soon as possible. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or sent to a supplier partner for fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
