Estimated delivery times vary by item and supplier partner. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after processing, but some items may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the product, supplier, carrier, and delivery location.
Because Stella Azure works with multiple supplier partners, shipping times may vary between products.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This can happen when items are fulfilled by different supplier partners or warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different parts of your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, Stella Azure may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Tracking Information

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help review the situation.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

At this time, Stella Azure’s shipping availability may vary by destination and product. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times may be longer and customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery charges.
Stella Azure is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
